Purple Potion is bright, bubbly, and dangerously easy to sip. Vodka and blue curaçao combine with grenadine for a vivid purple hue, while ginger ale adds plenty of fizz and a refreshing sweetness. Served over ice, it’s a fun, fruity pour with just enough bite to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

Makes

42 5oz drinks

60 oz Vodka
20 oz Blue Curacao
20 oz Grenadine
110 oz Ginger Ale

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (max keg pressurize to 25psi)
Chill keg in refrigerator overnight and freeze ice packs
When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release pressure from keg, then set pressure to 8psi.
Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with lemon twist
Pro tip : fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your refrigerator to chill the keg as much as possible for optimal carbonation.
