- 60 oz Malibu Rum
- 60 oz Pineapple Juice
- 30 oz Coconut Water or Coconut milk
- 15 oz Lemon Juice
- 45 oz Water
Directions
- Strain all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (no need to pressurize the keg)
- Chill keg in refrigerator overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5psi
- Pour it over ice for a smooth, refreshing sip, or serve it with crushed ice for maximum beach-bar energy.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge (optional)
