Ingredients

36 (6oz) drinks
- 120oz Sparkling wine (we recommend an inexpensive prosecco)
- 40oz Gin (this decision has the biggest impact on the drink as gin can range in flavors of juniper, spice, floral, herbal, and heat. Our top choice is The Botanist, or New Amsterdam for a great value)
- 20oz Simple syrup (we recommend lemon simple syrup)
- 20oz Lemon juice
- 16oz Water
- Lemon twists for garnish (optional)
Directions
- If making your own lemon simple syrup, combine equal parts of sugar and water with peels of 3 lemons per cup of water in pot on stove and mix until completely disolved (approx 5 min). Let cool.
- Strain all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (max keg pressure to 25psi)
- Chill keg in refridgerator overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release pressure from the keg and reset to 8psi
- Serve in a flute or coupe glass with a twist of lemon
- Pro tip: Fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your refridgerator to chill the keg as much as possible to have the optimal carbonation.
