- 90 oz Aperol
- 90 oz Prosecco
- 30 oz Club Soda
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (max keg pressurize to 25psi)
- Chill keg in refrigerator overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release pressure from keg, then set pressure to 8psi.
- Serve in a wine glass and garnish with orange slices
- Pro tip : fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your refrigerator to chill the keg as much as possible for optimal carbonation.
