- 75oz Gin
- 30 oz Lemon Juice (strained)
- 20 oz Simple Syrup
- 90 oz Club Soda (or your favorite flavored sparkling water for fun new flavors)
- Lemon wheels and cherries for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a keg, straining lemon juice.
- Stir, close the lid (max keg pressurize to 25psi)
- Chill keg in refrigerator overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release pressure from keg, then set pressure to 8psi.
- Serve in a tom collins glass over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry
- Pro tip : fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your refrigerator to chill the keg as much as possible for optimal carbonation.
