Ingredients

Makes

42, (5oz) drinks

60 oz Vodka
60 oz Lychee Liquor
30 oz Lemon Juice (Strained)
20 oz Simple Syrup
40 oz Water
Lychee fruit, lemon twist, sugar rim to garnish (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (no need to pressurize the keg)
Chill keg in refridgerator overnight and freeze ice packs
When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5psi
Pour into your favorite sugar-rimmed glass and garnish with lychees and lemon wheels
