Warm Bourbon Punch
This Warm Bourbon Punch is the spiked sibling to your favorite holiday hug—rich, cozy, and ready to party. Cranberry, apple, and orange juices get a festive glow-up with warm spices, bubbly ginger ale, and a generous pour of bourbon to keep spirits extra bright. Serve it hot and let the good vibes (and compliments) flow straight from the tap.

Ingredients
Makes
36 (6oz) drinks
- 50oz Cranberry juice
- 25oz Apple juice
- 16oz Orange juice
- 100oz Ginger Ale
- 25oz Bourbon (We recommend Benchmark 8)
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 6 Cinnamon sticks
- 15 Cloves
- 15 Allspice berries
- 1 TBS ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- Cranberries, orange slices, and/or apple slices for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except the ginger ale and bourbon, into a large stock pot
- Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes
- Lower temperature to 150 degrees and triple strain the mixture into the keg
- Add the room temperature ginger ale and bourbon to lower temperature to 140, mix, and close keg lid (no need to pressurize the keg)
- Place warm keg into the Cooler Keg with non-frozen (room temperature) ice packs
- When it’s time to serve, set pressure to 5 psi and you’re ready to pour! Pour 6oz into a glass or mug and garnish with cranberries, orange slices, and/or apple slices.
- Pro tip: make sure your Cooler Keg and ice packs are at room temperature before putting warm keg in so it doesn’t cool down the drink and set up as close to the party as possible for pipping hot sips!
