Tequila leads the charge, backed by spiced vermouth tea magic, crisp apple, and citrusy punch-you-in-the-face freshness. Ingredients

Makes

72 (3oz) drinks
  • 50oz Tequila (Brad's Choice: Casamigos)
  • 25oz Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi is our fav, but any will do)
  • 1.25oz Angostura Bitters
  • 1.25oz Old Fashioned Bitters (We recommend Fee Brothers)
  • 30oz Applie cider (or juice if you can't find it)
  • 20oz Lemon juice
  • 10oz Simple Syrup
  • 2.5oz Cinnamon-Orange Black Tea (or any spiced black tea)
  • 60oz Club Soda
  • Apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and grated nutmeg for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Strain all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (no need to pressurize the keg)
  • Chill keg in refridgerator overnight and freeze ice packs
  • When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5psi
  • Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of apple, cinnamon stick, and grated nutmeg
  • Pro tip: if using fresh ingredients, swirl / invert keg a few times before putting keg in your Cooler Keg as ingredients may settle
