- 100oz Cut Above Zero Proof Whiskey
- 40oz Lemon juice
- 40oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 36oz Water (to account for water dilution from stirring over ice)
- Lemon peels and rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions
- If making your own honey simple syrup, combine equal parts of honey and water in pot on stove and mix until completely disolved (approx 5 min). Let cool.
- Strain all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (no need to pressurize the keg)
- Chill keg in refridgerator overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5psi
- Serve neat or in an up glass with a garnish of lemon peel and sprig of rosemary (torched if you want a touch of smokey flavor)
- Pro tip: if using fresh ingredients, swirl / invert keg a few times before putting keg in your Cooler Keg as ingredients may settle
