Star San is what sanitizes your Cooler Keg system. This is the step after PBW in the cleaning process. Star San is a acid-based, high foaming sanitizer to sanitize all the nooks and crannies of the Cooler Keg system. It's effective, easy to use, and the go-to for pros and beginners alike.

StarSan will sanitize the system between 48-96 times. The range depends on if you reuse the solution in both kegs (which takes longer but uses less water and StarSan) or if you clean both kegs at the same time (quicker, but uses more water and StarSan).

Damages and issues: 3 days

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. Email us at contact@thecoolerkeg.com within 3 days if anything in your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Our team will be happy to provide guidance and/or replacement parts per our limited 1-year warranty

 

Returns: 14 days

You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund along with a 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be:

  • new, unused, and undamaged

  • in its original box with all packaging intact

  • include receipt or proof of purchase

  • approved for return by Cooler Keg

  • postmarked and dropped off at the shipping facility (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) within 30 days of receiving your items 

Returns that are late, damaged, or incomplete may incur additional fees.

 

Exceptions: non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on demo models, scratch & dent products, special orders, custom items, gift cards, cleaning kits, or CO2.

 

Start a Return

To start a return, email contact@thecoolerkeg.com your original receipt along with the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

 

Refunds 

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. 

 

Cancellations

A 2.9% fee will be deducted from any refunds on orders that are canceled prior to shipping to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
